STRAFE:another bad experience

I suppose if we all started assuming everyone was out to 4ck us every time we wanted to buy or sell things we would take proper precautions. It simply wouldn't be profitable to run a business in that manner.
Quite to the contrary- so many people want to believe that the person on the other side is generally a good individual who will work just as hard at being "nice" and "fair" as we think ourselves to be. I think if SELLERS were bound by terms and conditions of the BUYER... We'd level out the playing field a bit. I kind of thought such a thing would exist between IB and their vendor pool. And if such a thing doesn't already exist maybe it should.

Yes, the sellers should definitely be held to a higher standard and be on thin ice. It seems that a lot of people were ripped off here, and there is no way it should have gotten to this point before action was taken against the seller. I would have liked to see more enforcement from IB in this situation.
Its a good thing we have the vendor feedback section, at least.

What really makes it hard for any vendor to be competitive, have "24/7" customer service for the forums, get items out in a timely manner, 100% communication and still be able to feed themselves, is the fact that Strafe came in and charged such a minimal amount over dealer cost that even they couldn't keep up...
There has to be enough revenue from sales to maintain a functional business and not only did strafe ruin themselves by charging too little, they're making it extremely difficult for anyone else to be a great vendor and make a profit or be able to have employees.
