All i know is that Baus did not start out as that name on my350z. I pm'ed them about parts (they were retards and worthless) and they replied back a few times. Couple weeks later....name changed. The name in my PM box changed but the text stayed the same. I made a thread on the forums about how quickly they changed their name and poor communication.....that got deleted with a quickness by IB.

8--24-2011 I was pm'ing JLC lighting. They even linked to the jlc lighting web page. Few weeks later...SN changed to BAUS.

A few of us reputable members should start our own business and become a vendor and take care of our peoples here.

To think that this is still going on, after almost a year on inactivity. I've never said anything before in the past since it was always an issue between Strafe and <insert company name here>, however, these claims seem to always pop up and issues are never addressed. To me, it all seems like unnecessary attention to be brought up to hurt other people's reputation or whatever. Stick it to the man, if that's what you wanna call it.

I will have to agree with both Shane and Alf that not many of us here really care about where the parts come from, be it from VIS, CBK, or out of someone's backyard. Everyone just wants their damn parts. Though I've never run a business myself, I am in the business of sales and know that just having proper communication with customers and giving them what they paid for with their hard earned money is all they want. THAT is how you build rapport and earn trust. THAT is proper business practice. THAT is just good ethics. And THAT is how you keep customers coming back to you. It doesn't take a genius to figure that out.

Personally, I've had both good and bad dealings with Strafe and BAUSauto. But everything got worked out. I don't know if I was just one of the lucky ones or whatever, but I do have teammates that have had negative dealings with both companies.

In the end, consumers just want consistency when it comes to business practices. I'll use an analogy that everyone can understand.

Take Tony Romo... he's always consistently bad so people can always depend on the Cowboys to lose.

Perhaps you could take a lesson from some of the more reputable vendors on this forum, such as but not limited to CZP, Statik, Ionic, and the dealership vendor accounts on here. Not once did I ever hesitate to give them my money and be left in the air about when my parts would arrive.

And I must add, Lawrence, why the hell do you type "Like this in Your posts?"

I've actually thought about the same thing. If you could create a business doing exactly what these guys do, but can take awesome care of your customers, you'd be rollin' in cash.

^Video posted in Lawrence's deleted post...

After all of the issues you've had on the forum as a vendor you post this? Unbelievable.

Well the video will only stay up as long as its posted on YouTube. It appears to be posted to Dustin's account.

Basically the business owner and customer are arguing about the Terms of purchase. The customer argued that the terms weren't on his receipt that he signed nor was he ever made aware of the terms. It boiled down to $12 at issue and the business owner refused to give the guy a refund in order to keep the guy as a customer in the future.

Denying a refund from a customer dumps your long terms goals as a business. 1 customer unsatisfaction a leads to chain of people who feel the same. Stupid move by the owner. I still wonder what goes through their minds when they make a decision as such.
