Whats the matter with creating a thread regarding this, especially if the OP cannot establish communication with the vendor. There were many members who thought Strafe was a good company before they got banned. Your entitled to your biased opinion but that doesn't mean the OP is in the wrong.

^^^^^^^^

i totally agree with herrschaft. BausAuto is really difficult to get in contact with. He needs to consider fixing this communication issue.

DONT BUY **** FROM BAUSAUTO!!!

*&

HE NEEDS TO FIX MORE THAN THAT!!!!

FRIENDS OF "LOSSauto" its awesome to back them up bc your just being good friends.... also he can't really ignore you when you have issues bc your their friends and you are LOCAL.. of course he going to take care of you guys he doesn't have to pay for shipping cost... you have to understand that customers spend money on their products and at least deserves a response even if its a yes or no. ppl are not only paying for their products their also paying for their customer service.

id really rather not return these headlights and just get this situation resolved but he's not giving me no choice but to voice my opinions which I've kept quiet for quite a while out of RESPECT! he's pretty much slapped me in the face everyday i don't get a response from him... giving me the impression that LOSSauto is too good for our concerns and demands.. total MIND FVCK when you put 100% trust and loyalty to somebody that can just all of a sudden SCREW you over.... SMH. we have a STRAFE JR uprising.

and if i did have a FB i don't think it would do anything.... if i leave voicemails emails and pms and still no response. i wouldn't want to look like a pluck posting on his wall and getting ignored as usual.

UPDATE:

Eric called me today got everything situated... i told him i was blowing him up on the forum and said a bunch of nasty sh*t about him. hahaha.. he said didn't really care and doesn't take it personally bc he UNDERSTANDS my point of View. So, I apologized and thanked him for eventually getting back to me... FINALLY!!!! geez I'm glad MARCUS (thank you Marcus) called it to his attention or else i don't think he would of responded... so i just learned that if a vendor does not respond the best thing to do is contact a STAFF MEMBER thru PM bc they are more responsive to get the situation addressed to the vendor.

Eric told me he hasn't been at the office or been on the G35forum lately so thats why he hasn't responded... all that matters is that Eric is helping me resolve this issue and this product is getting done correctly like as it should... Don't get me wrong for a while i did not believe this issue was ever going to get resolved....... but everything is good for now and plan to continue business with him as long as all the communication and complications issue don't reoccur.

Thank you guys for hearing my out on this... it is greatly appreciated.

Situation resolved, refund issued and Ben said they would liquidate the hood latches as they were not aware of the issue.

Glad you guys got the issue resolved. Just like I've told anyone that has ever had an issue getting a hold of a vendor on here, please contact a staff member. Myself personally I can contact many vendors via PM, email and in some cases Facebook or text message. We are usually able to get the Vendor to respond to our attempt to reach them. Of course we would hope that it wouldn't come to that point and that vendors would respond to all inquires from driver members in a timely fashion.
