Its a good thing that mods can still get Business owners to respond, but thats not a good habit at all. BausAuto and who ever else has issues like this should figure a way to better communicate with their customers, giving excuses true or not is not a valid response.

agreed. Im thinking hire a few other ppl to resolve issues and complications.. thats what i would do...
