I hope this isn't the next strafe... we seem to be having bad luck with vendors recently :/

Talked to them again this morning just now, you will be getting a call today. They are going to take care of it.

Yeh, I PMed you Jack. Problem is I didn't source good packing for these headers before we sold them so finding a big enough box and proper packing has been a pain. (We don't keep packing material here because we mostly only dropship) Along with being closed most of last week this has caused much slower than normal shipping on these headers.

Header is going out expedited and offered an "at cost" deal as an apology for the delay.

Thats awesome, I own a small business myself and completely understand how some things can fall through the cracks etc it's how those instances are dealt with that distinguishes a great company from the others. We've definitely had our share of vendors who don't understand that concept, glad assault tech isn't one of them!

Just seeing how you've dealt with this situation has earned you my business if I ever need anything you offer

I've shared this numerous times when this kind of stuff happens, please contact me or another staff member if you are having trouble getting a hold of a vendor. For several of our vendors I am in contact with them outside of driver via email, text, facebook, etc so I might be able to reach them if they aren't responding to a PM for one reason or another. Glad Assualtech took care of you.

This^

More vendors should have been in the cub scouts- however... Semper paratus. Always prepared.

Obviously this is a case where the vendor stood up and answered the call of their responsibility and satiated the needs of the consumer- possibly at their own expense. Though a credit to the vendor It certainly illustrates how being prepared for all manners of forum transactions will allow for smooth, timely transactions.

Good work guys in resolving this. Perhaps this scenario presents further insight into the demands or requirements of forum consumption.
