I think Motor Trend uses several criteria to choose COTY.
If so, then the G has a GREAT chance, due to the balance of pricing, performance and looks.

If I'm not mistaken, the MT COTY has already been awarded and it went to the Camry.

I'm pretty sure you right. I started to write COTY and then thought it had already been given out. MT hasn't done a compct sport sedan comparison yet, have they?

Cool Video shane! Now it would be Intresting to see how thier 1yr relationship with the new G will be? Like what kind of problems would or do pop-up, and to see if the car gets any faster when the motor is well broken in. would love to hear news on that!
