Seems like you shift a little early? Or maybe it's just different on the automatics?

On my 06 6mt I'm well past 7k on the tach when I shift and no sign of any rev limiter... ?

^ Yeah, the tinted tail lights and front eyelids you have coming soon will easily knock a second or two off that time

there is no point to shift at +7k rpm, because our cars makes the full power at 6400rpm that's it.

well my current income rate does not really allow to do anything in the performanc range, so may as well make it look pretty.

The power drop off on the 6mt rev-up is not significant enough between 6400 and 7100 redline to make short-shifting faster.

How much power will you be making (at the tires, after gearing, not at the engine before gearing) in the next gear at the lower rpms vs. holding the gear to max rpm before limiter? Hold each gear to max rpm for the fastest acceleration.
