That's not a Honda. That is a custom built super car with Honda stickers on it. Honda did not ever offer that car on their showroom floor. That's no more a Honda than a NASCAR "Monte Carlo" is a Monte Carlo. That's why old NASCAR is better. They actually had to offer those cars on their showroom floors.

Hondas used to be great cars, and still are to some degree, but they certainly don't show it in the engineering of their current lineup's motors. They kowtow to trends, and practicality when they should be staying true to their own visions. The civics used to be good when Honda was putting out motors with 100hp/Li. That's an incredible feat. Obviously the NSX, and s2k are great for their respective classes too, even if the s2k is not my cup of tea style-wise (Mazda miata). They also engineered the first gen insight. Which while nowhere near a racecar, is a marvel in its own right, being still the most fuel efficient production vehicle 8 years after it was canceled. Honda just hasn't been making great cars lately.

If Acura offered more RWD sports car options I wouldn't even be a member of this forum lol And I also wouldn't have met my lover Frankie.. Side note^

Honda a better company than Nissan? Ha!! No fcukin question!

Nissan makes a great motor. The end. The G35 was a well thought out accident. Its the kind of car you can't really plan for or recreate. Honda doesn't really build cars that way. They're well thought out and meticulous. I would never own a Nissan if it weren't for the G either. Sheit, I wouldn't even want a gtr. I wouldn't mind putting a VQ in something more utilitarian however. That would be cool.

Well, let's not compare apples to oranges. GM makes some of the most popular engines for any manufacturer (meaning swap compatible) and have done so for years. GM has easily put out more classic cars than any other manufacturer. Maybe even combined..

don't get me wrong man I love GM for what they do, with some of the awesome things they have done, but the best things that come from GM are best used in a foreign car. LS s-chassis, etc. but the cars they put our getting recalled while recalled. *** that. engines and transmissions can be good, but honestly the ***/euro cars make better overall cars, and often times still have better powertrains anyway. its sad but as a guy who was all for chevy when I was a kid go Ford and Mopar for not putting out **** like Gm.

I don't really like anything that's new really. I just mean heritage wise GM probably has the best. I'm not really a "fanboi" of any particular brand, I just like neat cars.
