CBR600RR,

Yes there will be a meeting this coming Sat. Lots of changes and more to work on. Other than that though, looks as if things are moving well.

We need to get out some stickers or something to that degree. With all of these G35 Coupes and Sedans running around, hard to tell who's who these days.

I think: drivers from the past 2 g35 cruise will mostly say Hi/Wave/Thumb up than the ones who are too busy for/and hasn't heard about the cruise. ...nah I dont know.

Re: HAWAII: Mochiball 2003

Need to bump this thread. Just out of curiousity, are the G35 owners coming? We have several 350Z coming already. I believe that an FX will be joining us as well.

As mentioned, this is a fun event but for a charity cause as well. The $20.00 gets you dinner, prizes, donation to charity, and a LOT of fun in meeting new people and competing against them.

We will need a head count on who can make this event. If you are planning to come, please make sure that you visit the site: home.hawaii.rr.com/mochiball and RSVP to G35Hawaii@hawaii.rr.com

Let make this event a success together.

Also, as mentioned, there will be a Toys for Tots gathering and cruise. ALL Nissan clubs are planning to attend and roll out together. We should be there as well.

Re: HAWAII: Mochiball 2003

Alright. Based on the response, or lack thereof, this is my thoughts. Does not reflect the groups thoughts in anyway, just my personal ones.

Quite honestly, I think that we will have to modify this event, assuming we still are going to have it. We did ask for everyone to RSVP and the count was low. This head count was to help us decide of it would be worth it to pursue this as well as to figure out the food count. The $20.00 per car for the 350Z, FX35, and G35 group was to cover the cost of food, prizes, and to be able to donate the rest to Aloha United Way, as this was supposed to be a fund raiser as well.

At this point, I can not justify involving the dealerships and all of the work that everyone is putting into this, for such few cars coming out. Might still be okay to see who comes out,...but a contigency plan will be in order to change things a little, to at least do something as a group.

Will post after we have a meeting this coming weekend to see what we ultimately decide. The group will have to "vote" and decide how to approach this.
