AZ: Dynojet results 07 6-MT 266whp, 233Tq

My freind has a dyno at his shop that i'm doing my new subi project car. We were bored so we threw the G on the dyno, we ran it twice, I'll scan the dyno graph tomorrow, but the torque curve was the flatest i've seen since the new Z06 that dyno'd the other day.

It put 266 WHP and 233 Lb/ft of TQ at the rear wheels. Dynojet Dyno, Phx, AZ. car is bone stock, had it's firts oil change, and it has almost 6k miles on it.
AFR's looked a little rich, should be able to get some power out a tune for sure IMO.

Wow, that is one of smoothest curves I have seen on a stock car. What was the air temp that day?

Wow...

In order to get those numbers on the VQ35DE, you need to throw a couple thousand dollars to it. And your still not going to get a curve like the HR.

Very impressive.

That curve is absolutely astonishing. It's no wonder that the difference in spec sheet numbers between the VQ35DE and VQ35HR do not explain the rather large performance difference between the first and second generation models. I'm still...wow, that's amazing, especially for a naturally aspirated engine.

Can you get the run files? If you can, I'd like to overlay them with my most recent dyno runs for a comparative analysis.

I'd like to prove how much this thing is making, stock.

Those are nice numbers for a dynojet. Just looking at them without any overlays you can see how much nicer the power curve is on the newer HR motors. makes great mid range and top end power... doesn't fall off hardly at all after peak. I can't wait to see what these motors do with mods.

Were you having issues with the rpm pickups not working well at higher rpms or did you cut the runs short? Reason I ask is last time over at az dyno chip we had to reposition the rpm pickup to keep it from cutting out too.
