Just so you know, we have taken these three names back to our planning committee to discuss the options. Since people can vote more than once on this site, there is the possibility of someone "stuffing" the voting box (not that anyone would do such a thing).
We'll be starting a Yahoo Group under the new name in the next day or two.

Fair question.
I'd normally say the group should decide the name. However, due to the possibility of double/triple voting here, I think it is best that we* take the "top three" choices and make a decision.
*By "we" I mean the dozen person committee that does all the group planning, etc.
