Best price for Auto G35 Coupe?
Best price for Auto G35 Coupe?
Hi. I live in the Los Angeles Area and I'm in the market for an Auto G35 Coupe w/ premium package. Is it possible to get it 32-35 grand out the door?
If you have any suggestions to which dealerships and who to talk to would be greatly appreciated.

I got my G coupe from George Loera (I think that's his name, I suck at names) at Santa Monica Infiniti. You should be able to find what you're looking for, for a good price. If you see him, tell him Xin-min (shin-min) says hi.

Re: Best price for Auto G35 Coupe?
Felix, you are asking a question that doesn't really have a decent answer to it. Asking out the door price is a question that is not a reasonable starting point for negotiations with a dealer and frankly, you need to do your homework. So if you need to find out the total cost of the car you will buy, start with msrp, find out what sales tax and license + reg will cost and also what any add ons(extended warranty, alarm, lo jack, etc). Then once you find that out, figure out how much below msrp you can afford to pay on the car. That is where you should negotiate at.
Unless you have tons of money, which I assume you do not since you have to have $35K out the door, I cannot figure out why you would not do this minimal level of research into purchasing your car.
Just off the top of my head, the car you are describing will run $34,400 or so and therefore licensing and tax will be appx $3500....sales tax about 2900 + fees so total cost is about $39,000. You are looking at trying to get a 4000 discount on the Coupe and I have not heard of such a discount so unless you drop the premium package or go to cloth instead of leather, I do not think you can get the car you describe out the door for under $35K. I suppose you might be able to get this deal if you wait until June or July and buy a 2004 model that is still on the lot.
I don't know who all these other people in this thread are but I am guessing they work for dealers.
