How is their service department?

 

I'm not sure yet, but I just put in an order for my coupe with the Internet Sales Manager and they seem very nice. Never worked with the service dept.

 

Service dept. is GREAT!!
Took my car in for servicing for blown running and dash lights. First fix wasn't done quite right, second time they fixed it and threw in the aluminum pedals for free. They are very freindly and helpful. I will deffinitely go there for all my services and my next INFINITI (FX45) when I'm ready.

Sorry for the sticky thread. Any updates on Riverside service? How are their service department. I haven't had much luck with the OC dealers, CM, MV, and Tustin. They are all sub par from my experience.

Have you tried Infiniti of Mission Viejo? I bought may car there and took it in for the recalls and a CD player failure. I've been impressed so far. The only reason for this thread was to see if there's a good dealer that's a little closer than 110 miles from the house.
