Just came back from CA:)
Re: Just came back from CA:)
California girls are all beautiful because some of them drive G35 coupe. Nice car and nice girl. Mos of them are real, never "fixed" anything... I feel very sexy to drive my coup when cruising Pacific Coast highway along the beach.
Have a nice week! Keep smiling.

"Unlike Hicktown USA where the land value actully deprieates (spell check)"
I think their IQ's and Vocabulary depreciates also....LMAO....
I'd rather take up learning Ebonics..
Anyway, I guess this is one of those opinions where it depends on the person who's giving it. Maybe when I'm middle aged and half dead I'd move out of California, but I'm 21. When I retire my plan is to sell my house and head to Hawaii or some type of place where the people have an IQ of 20 and don't think 4x4's are the talk of the town or focus on getting dirty or spitting chewing tobacco in can's all day wasting there lives... I want to go clubbing, skydiving (some point in my life), scuba diving, parasailing (did that in hawaii a month ago), Bunji (spelling) Jumping (this is everywhere, even in Las Vegas), canoeing and kayaking and still be surrounded by beautiful women or people that don't know or care about anything else but their lawn's... I don't know what part of Malibu you have been to but I'm there about 3 or 4 times a week and it is gorgeous... Only thing bad is the sea weed, but other then that I love it. As for swimming in the water umm... I've been in that water since I was about 7 or 8 years old so umm. Only finger's I'm bringing out of the water are MINE... Oh so the bums I see in Vegas are Californians too eh? Or those prostitutes on every other corner are Californians too? Nah I'm pretty sure the women of California are well educated and are smart enough to figure they can make it on there own with a nice high or low paying job. As for the other parts of Nevada where is everyone? We went for a drive around the state and some places I ran into had populations of 8 to 15k and it was a dessert... NO FUN at all... To think about it I wouldn't even think of retiring in that type of place or even be buried when I pass on in that type of place... Maybe I'll have another opinion 20 years from now? Oh wait by then I'd probably have sold my home, made a nice little profit and move with my family that I'll bring along to some nice place where we no longer have to worry about money since I made enough off just the profit of my home in California to live happily ever after. Another thing in those other types of states is jobs opportunity. I've met buds online and they can't find jobs anywhere. I figure they're just lazy and I'm sure MCDONALDS is hiring, talk about lazy people. They act like they have to start from the top in jobs or something. It took me 3 years of college to get where I’m at and that’s because “I tried”. Hell I even worked at some little fast food join when I was 16 to make some extra money but that's a whole other story to jump on...
California OWNZ ALL states close to it...
And for those who don't like Southern California move to Northern California. Northern Cali is nice as well, doesn't have much people but their are still great places to hang out at and you can still enjoy your weather.
Temperature right now: 71 degree’s and loving it baby !!

"i wish i had the money right now so i could buy a house and turn a profit." -- Bob Barker
I know what you mean bud. I've been saving my dimes and nickels for a while at the credit union and so far I'm not yet ready to buy a nice house but in a year or little after a year I'll probably make enough for a down payment. I just got 3 raises and 1 big promotion with the company I work for so I'm getting there!! So far I have 19 thousand bucks in the bank ready to put down on a home, but I'm not touching it until I reach the 25 thousand dollar mark. Then I'll go house shopping. By that time hopefully I would of built enough credit with my G35 and other expenses and could get a nice fixer upper for about 300 thou. That's what my uncle did. He bought his house in early 90's for 260 thousand bucks. That was a 4-bedroom 2-bath two-story home 3 blocks from the ocean in Santa Monica. Added a few bucks into his home, sold it in 2002 for 740 thousand bucks or 750... Not sure but it was in the 700k rang. With that he bought two homes up north. Fixing them up really good and going to resell in 3 to 5 years... hopefully and praying to make a nice little profit. Not as a great of a profit as he did off the house in Santa Monica but hopefully a few hundred more k extra. He's 41 and after those two homes are sold he's calling it quits and just going to relax and enjoy his money... He loves the idea of having his money work for him.
Can't wait until I get my first home. I always have everything I need to add on bought on credit and paid off already. A 61" TV, nice sound system, 3 computers, and 2 black leather sofas. A brand spanking new Fridge, but I'm going to buy another one and letting family keep the one I just bought. That's kind of ghetto taking the fridge with you LOL.... I just need a house now!!!
I've been playing the Cali lotto for 3 years now, hopefully my time will come some day and I'll hit it... but until then I'll still continue to work...lol...
Peace and good luck with your future home too Bob!!!
