Re: Infiniti of MV - Great Experience
Bought my DG GCoupe from Brian at Mission Viejo Infiniti. Those guys are really cool there, no pressure, no funny business, lets you test drive as long as you want. Again, NO PRESSURE. But I guess it's easy when they know you want the car real bad. Got my GC for MSRP but I heard Riverside Infiniti is doin some discounts before the '04s come in. Ask for Arnold if you go to Riverside, they are also a nice dealership. STAY THE @%*! away from Tustin, and Costa Mesa Infiniti. Tustin are a bunch of freaks, and I live 2 minutes from the lot. Didn't even want to give me the time of day. Costa Mesa are a similar bunch of jerks, at least the sales guys that worked with me... Walked around their "inventory" and then when I wanted a test drive they said they only give test drives if I'm willing to fill out all the documentation to buy the car, then just before I sign off on it, I can test drive it. And this was only a few months ago, the GC's been out for awhile.. Just my experience, take it with a grain of salt, I guess... good luck!

Re: Infiniti of MV - Great Experience
I'm pretty sure I paid sticker. I bought the coupe when it was really hot and no dealership was really willing to bargain on the price. I originally went with Infiniti of MV because they had my car (the colors and option I wanted) in stock. But I totally recommend them because they are really straight forward and I ended up getting a great APR (after a bit of bargaining).
Also, Jim is the great!

I bought my sedan from Tustin and have no complaints. I guess it really matters who you deal with. I bought from Chuck Hariss at Tustin-a real personable man who knows how to treat people. The sales manager was a little impersonal, but I was playing a little hard ball at the time.
You should make Tustin a part of your shopping and see Chuck!

Thats so strange! I had the complete oposite treatment. I went to mission viejo first (I live in Aliso) and they woudln't even look at me. So I went to Tustin and wham I was test drivin a 6MT, and put a 04' on order. I'm now a happy owner of a 04 6MT, man what a fun car.

Re: Infiniti of MV - Great Experience
Just bought my '03 Sedan (silver/graph - Premium / Aero-body / 5at)
Orginally went to Tustin. Loved the guy I was working with (he has since moved on to a Ferrari dealership) Passed me on to another guy. In between, I created multiple email accounts on hotmail and yahoo and played all the dealers against eachother (also I could abandon the email addresses when I was done)
Took the best price back to Tustin. The deal was accepted (total time on their part to sell me the car at this point, 22min) They did not have the car in stock and had to order it with a one day turn around. They were hot and heavy to get me back the next day to pick it up.... but then on Monday the sales guy was not avail in the evening and the other person would not be avail until Wed (that's 2 days now)...I got a little iffy on this, since it was their highest priority to get me back to sign the paperwork and take the car within 12 hours. Walked in on Tuesday looking to see if they had my car so I could look at it. People scurried and looked at me wondering why I was there. Finally, after about 20 minutes, I was escorted to the back to look at my car. Guess what, it had Mission Viejo stickers on it (they had also told me they were sourcing it from L.A. or "somewhere in the Valley") Since I am not from OC, Mission Viejo was one dealer I had not checked with.... too bad! But since I felt that I had gotten a really good price, I stuck it out. I would have to say that I was very happy with the way they treated me upon pick up. Actually better than any dealer I have ever dealt with 1 hour before they closed. Most places want to kick your rear out so they can go home. Tustin was very patient, if not methodic to a fault.
I highly recommend doing all your dealing via the internet - those that do not play ball online will not meet your needs in person. (and yes, I did shop Tustin via email under an assumed address)
Cheers, Ted
