Hawaii Toys for Tots Charity run

Would like to spark some interest for those who'd like to attend this charity event. Unsure of date and time, but will keep this thread updated weekly. Would like to coordinate with the 350Z's and Z's.

We need to get a head count to see if it would be feasible to to hire HPD to block off the roads, like what was done for the Harley's. The street from ala moana blvd all the way to waikiki shell is blocked off for their use.

This event will take alot of planning and will need to get a jump start to reserve a date, since it is coming up very soon.

I know in years past Nissan has done this with the ZCOH, but has been open to all Nissan owners. A suggestion would be to contact either of them about how it has been done and thus eliminate some of the R&D. Just my 2 cents.

when we can all reconviene, we can discuss this again in person. There are a lot of ways to handle this and might be best to gather again to go over this.

We will need to involve different groups and Infiniti again in this and see if they can help us out again as well.

Just my thougts.

Yes, I agree that we need to get different groups into the scene. However, in order to get other groups involved we need to contact them as well, how we gonna do that?
