Will Infiniti center caps fit with the F14's?

Also, are tuner lugs required for these rims? or will our stock lugs work just fine?

Infiniti caps aren't gonna fit unfortunately. You will need a conical seat either Acorn or Spline style lugnut for these wheels.

Forgestar F10 (Step Lip) how big are lip on the 19x10.5 lowest offset and 19x9 lowest offset..

The F10 is 20" only. 1.5" lip front and 4" lip rear. The lip size does not change with the offset because these are 1 piece wheels.
