Factory size is 225-45-18 fr and 245-45-18 r. and I dont think it will change any rotational mass since the 19's are 40 on the side walls.
All 3 wheels that was offer for the G(17-19") all have the same height if lined up side by side.

Now if only they made the stock 19's 9" wide in the rear instead of 8.5" ... I probably wouldnt think about getting different rims. I think 18s are all 8"

18's look good from certain angles. Like straight on from the side, or from the front if the wheel is cocked sideways. Other than that.... I still lean toward the 19's. They just look clean.

OE 18's are cast and weigh ~25 lbs each. OE 19's are forged by Rays and weigh ~21 lbs each.

For that reason alone I'd take the 19's.

I did it. I put the 18's on and must say that I am pleased with the outcome. It looks good and rides a bit nicer too. Needs some spacers and thats about it.

That doesn't account for the rotational mass being moved out though.
The 25lb 18s will outperform 21lb 19s

I always thought 19's are better for handling and the 18's better for straightline? something to do with sidewalls and such. as far as looks, its pretty subjective, but to me, the 18's look like stock rims on any other car and the 19's look like tasteful aftermarket rims.

If you fit the 19s with pilot sports, the weight difference will be even greater. Around 6 lbs or so.
