Talking GOT MY SHOES...Now I need ADVICE...SUSPENSION&TIRES?

Waz up everybody. I just got my shoes from some guy that was selling his. Same car 04 6MT Coupe. The wheels HRE 549 (If I'm correct)

Front 20x8 245/35
Back 20x10 285/30

I don't know the offsets and I couldn't find them on the wheels.

His car looks sweet when it had the wheels on, and it has the Eigbach Pro Kit (he said it drops it 1")

Now I need some tires, because this tires are practically done. What are the recomendations. I personally like the KDW2.

Now the tricky part, how about the suspension?

Can I run it like his ride just the springs and stock shocks? Will I kill my tires? Is it safe? I like to take turns fast sometimes

Without the chamber kit, will the car still be in alignment specs with a 1" drop? these things are expensive

This guy told me he ate the tires in like 7 months, but he never had the alignment done to it. Only until 2 months ago. He also told me that the stock camber and toe on our cars is a little adjustable, that I should be Ok if I drop within 1" Is this true? Are they adjustable?

In case I get the suspension set up. What are the recomendations? This guy's friend that has a silver G is running the Tein Basic adjustable. That thing is on the floor, but whatever he offered it to me for a decend price. How is that one? Should I consider it?

Camber kit? Do I really need it? If so, Ok which ones?

Ok finally here are some pics of the wheels. I CAN'T WAIT TO PUT THEM ON!

Thanks

I think cuz he put it in front of his original wheels (next to) and not on the car just yet...

and you can see his old wheels behind it.

I don't have the patience to wait either...........

Lazer Red coupe with those wheels looks hot...very
nice! The best deal on tires that I've found is at
www.tirerack.com. nice knowledgable people with
good prices and no tax on tires...the BFG's you
mentioned will work great.....go for it!

The offset should be the last two digits of a series of numbers stamped on the inside of the rim. The first numbers will be rim height and width.

hre and some other companies make custom offsets for the best fit for certain vehicles.

i personally like t1r for tires since it has lower profile then the kdw2s or whatever. and you're gonna need it with those 20"

yes just springs and stock shocks will kill your tires on one side and the other will practically look new still while one side shows steel. so get a chamber kit. and yes it is still safe

i don't know about the aligning within 1 inch part but yes there is some leeway

Tein is a good brand
