tire / wheels could this work ?

Thinking about this wheel tire combo?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/18-EN...QQcmdZViewItem

I have a 2004 5at sedan in brilliant silver

I think from what I have read the offset should be ok , but the tires are a bit short?

I have used the wheel / tire size calculator and came up with a 275/35/18 on the rear and a 235/40/18 on the front. True ?

Using the sedan fitment chart it looks as if I will be able to fit, but if I lower and have corrected alignment. Will I still fit or not ? maybe fit if I roll fenders?

The tires that I would most likely be using are KUMHO's ECSTA MX http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....Model=ECSTA+MX
I have found that the section width of the 275 is 11.1 and of the 235 is 9.6 ( that is the widest part of the tires )

So do I have this correct or am I just as confused as everyone else doing there 1st wheel upgrade ?
