would i be fine if i ran my 19" OEM's, stock tires for front and winter for rear?

NO!

OEM 19" tires are summer only high-performance rubber. Sure the winter wheels in the rear would give you some push, but with no traction on the front you wouldn't be able to steer.

Bad news.

17" Wheels & Tires

Josh - I'm in South Boston, about to enter into a lease on the G35 coupe with Quirk Infiniti, and am looking for a set of winter 17" wheels and tires. I use the OEM 19's for winter wheels since I bought a set of Volk's for summer use. Bridgestone makes Blizzak LM-25's in 225/40/19 and 245/40/19. Get a set of those and you'll be golden. They're great in dry and good in light snow. Anything too heavy, I'm staying home!

cruise if youw ant a set of snow tires my customer is selling his that is 2 years old but only w/ 1500 miles on the tires.... PM me if you're interested since i'm near by... he claims it drives better w/ snow tires than his QX4 did in the snow.
