Whats the 45R? The stock tires are 50, would this cause a problemo??

It's how tall the sidewall is compared to the tire width.. so it's 45% of 225. The tires will be smaller than stock. It's 3.4% smaller, and the general recommendation is that you don't go past 3% larger or smaller than stock. It affects your speedometer and odometer.
