You could run 255/35/19 up fronts and 285/35/19 in the rears. You could even roll with 295s in the rears but that might rub though considering the aggressive offset.
I'm running 255/35/19 19x9.5 +20 front & 275/35/19 19x10.5 +20 rear. Stock height for now with full suspension in the not too distant future.

Nice try; but stock wheel studs are more than adequate for this setup.

Just get some longer wheel studs to stop from snapping your stock ones if you have'nt already. You'll be fine.
