I think that they are mucho dinero, > 1K each.

I think Racing Hart has a similar style, the CX I think, five spoke with lip, not sure if available in chrome though. Not too sure either about quality of Racing Harts, durability is questionable.

judging from the color of the caliper I would say its endless brakes.
