Last night I hit a curb that I couldn't see pretty hard while making a turn and received a couple bad scrapes on the edge of my right-front rim. Does anyone know of a way to touch up scrapes like this? It's bound to happen to everyone, eventually (happened in my old car once or twice too, unfortunately), but it's painful to look at. Any ideas? Maybe I can smooth it out some how and add touch-up paint (?). Anyone know where you can find an exact-match paint for the stock 18s on the coupes? Thanks.

I'm bumping this because this happened to me 2 days ago. What is the best way for me to fix this?
I have been quoted $75 to get it to look "almost perfect" meaning that the paint may be slightly off on the scrapped areas of the rim. $200 to fix it to look new.
Any other ideas? I did a search, but didnt find anything similar to this. Thanks.

Check with your dealership. I messed my front rim up a while back, and after doing some research, I found most will not guarantee the paint to match exactly.
Since I didn't want to spend 850+ for a new rim, I contacted my dealer and they set up an appointment for an onsite repair by an outside wheel repair shop......The result was more than adequate, and have no regrets.....I am probably the only one who can tell it was repaired.....and my lip was scratched pretty bad for about 12"

Since I went through my dealer, I'm sure he got a little cut for the work and referral, It cost me $150. But that also got me a loaner for the day a 1 full year warranty on the repair....I was happy with the outcome, and it saved me a lot of money not having to buying a new rim.

A shop scraped a couple of my wheels when they were dismounting the tires. They took them to a repair shop and the shop said that Infiniti/Nissan wouldn't release the paint color code so they couldn't guarantee a match. I guess it's a good way for them to sell more wheels.

My dealer just quoted me $200 to make it look like new again. $75 to make it "hardly noticeable"
I'm thinking hardly noticeable is the way to go for $75

PERSONALLY I WOULD NOT BUY A WHEEL OR LET SOME GOOFBALL TRY AND MATCH THE PAINT WHICH WOULD BE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE... YOU CAN CALL AROUND TO A COUPLE OF POWDER COATING SHOPS AND HAVE ALL OF YOUR WHEELS DONE FOR ABOUT $250.00 OR LESS AND IT LOOKS MUCH BETTER - AND ALSO YOU WOULD NOW HAVE THE OPTION OF CHANGING THERE APPEARANCE...
