Tire Fit Help

What size tires will fit the 19" rims in the front besides the stock size? Any help appreciated. Also, any suggestions for a low cost tire?

you can probably move up to a 245 40 in the front(245 at most). and probably 275 at most in the rears(not recommended). lowcost tires check ebay
