Offset for the Widest tire?

Hate to ask yet another offset question, but after searching and reading for 2 hours I feel like I know enough to ask a good question. I asked the shop but their recommendations will not net the look I am looking for and when I tell them about the look I want then they tell me they don't know.

2005 G35 6MT Coupe lowered with Tein High Techs
I am considering 19" 9.5 and 10.5 Volk GTS or 20" 9.5 and 10.5 Work VS-XX.

I would like the widest tires I can get without rubbing on the inside, I don't like the stretched tire look and I would like the wheels to be a little tucked, but not as much as the OEM 19". I don't mind rolling or cutting the fenders.

I measured the stock 19" wheels and they are tucked approximately 19mm in the front and 32mm in the rear. I measured using a straight edge on the fender and a measure stick on the top of the wheel (not the tire).

According to this calculator if I want the wheels to tuck I need to +37 on both front and rear and if I want them almost even with the fender then I need +30 in the front and +28 in the rear.

The stock tires circumference is 82.0 (F) and 83.9 (R).

In order to get the square look on the tires I want Michelin SP2 265/35/19 (F) and 295/30/19 (R). (275/35 are .8 mm farther from the stock circumference)

Or if I buy 20" wheels then P-Zero 275/30/20 (F) and 305/25/20 (R).

Does all this make sense or have I completely off?

Will either of these combinations work? What would be better for the look I want?

Do you have a picture? How far past the fenders do the wheel stick out, if at all?

If you go with 20's and like some rim protection from curbing with your tire sidewall this is my set up.
Front: 8.5X20 20os 245/35's. No rubbing with drop.
Rear: 10X20 25os 285/30's. You will rub with this rear set-up if you drop her.

06CPV35:
Will she rub on the fender or on the inside near the suspension?
I only have her dropped a little with the Tein H-Techs

^^^ Will rub the fender.
I have approx .75" - 1" drop in back and rub only when cornering hard or going over big dips. I need to roll my fenders or try a click up on my Cusco rear dampeners.
Fronts are dropped about 1.5" with no issues on my 245/35's.
Tein H-Techs is a slight drop, so you might not rub.
285/30's are meaty. If I went with less meat and more stretched tire, might not rub at all.

Here's a real cool tire size and off-set calculator you can play with.

I ended up with Maya MRS with a silver and black finish.

20x9 +30 Front w/ 255/30ZR20
20x10.5 +29 Rear 305/25ZR20
Continental ContiSportContact 3

The wheels stick out a little, but you don't notice unless you really look for it.
A +32 would have probably been perfect, but might have rubbed on the inside. I haven't rolled the fender yet, but in the past 100 miles they did rub once on an on ramp driving aggresivly and I hit a bump at the same time.

I can't say enough great things about wheelautohaus aka Charles at RZ Motoring. Once he understood what look I wanted he did a great job of helping me with the fitment and finding a wheel I liked.
