235/45/18 in the Front on OEM 18"

Does anyone know if there would be any rubbing issues with 235/45/18 in the front on OEM 18 wheels.

I know stock is 225/45/18 and the 245/45/18 would rub in the front. I don'y want to run a thinner 40 tire up there, but i want some width.

What's wrong with 245/40-18? That will give you width, while maintaining almost the same rolling size. It's not like 245/40-18 are rubber bands or anything.

Big time...That's my combo, 245/40 front 255/45 rear 18's.. no problems what so ever.

No problem at all. I'm running 245/40 at the front and 275/40 at the rear on stock rims. Great combo, no rubbing. They bulge a little at the back, but nothing that I would worry about. They look good too and the diameter is within 1-2% of stock tires.

hey guys would there be any problems with running 225/40/18 front and 245/40/18 on the OEM 18" wheels? I know the stocks are xxx/45/18 but what issues could I have with that?

HMM...would have to goto tiirerack to check diameters...you need to keep the same relative diameter ratio front to rear (pretty close) as stock.

Possible VDC issues I would imagine if the tire diameters are not kept within reason in regards to stock.
