Nismo 57F 18x8.5 for Altima / Maxima confirmed to fit on G35 sedan
Although designed for the Altima / Maxima, these wheels are an excellent fit for the G35 sedan (245/40/18 tire ok). With the Nissan 66mm center bore you won't have to run hub rings. Unfortunately it's not recommended for the coupe though (or else I'd have them on my 6spd...

$999/set right now

As I recall (sorry my memory is no good) the Sedan is on coilovers - it's pretty low. The offset of the wheels are a +45. It's a bit on the higher side for the Sedan (optimal being +39), but it works. You can always run a +5mm spacer if you so wish.
The deal is pretty special because we did a $100K+ deal to purchase all of Nismo 57F overstock. Normally cold-forged wheels from any manufacturer (BBS, OZ, Rays) will go for over $2000/set in 18".

It's not coupe tire sizes, but it's pretty well suited to hold 300HP.

Can you run 245/45 and not rub?
What about 225/45 in front and 245/45 rear?
will 225 in front stretch a lot on an 8.5" width?
Or is it safer just to do 235/45 on all four corners?

1. We tested 245/40, not 245/45, can't confirm 245/45, but I think it should be fine.
2. I would do 235/45 all the way arond - that would allow you to rotate tires also.
225/45 on an 8.5 is not too bad, I ran that on my E36 BMW for a long time. 8.5" = 215mm, so even when you add in the lips of the wheel, 225 tire is pretty reasonable.
