19"SSR GT2 offset question....

im thinking about picking up a set upf ssr gt2's for my 6spd coupe, how doe theres sizes sound?

19x9 +31 with a 245/35/19 or a 255/35/19

19x10.5 +43 rear with a 285/35/19 or a 295/35/19

the car is stock, with stock brembos, but i might lower it a little with some tein CS's.

what kinda of problems will i run into with this tire/wheel combo?

tire sizes is open for change, but offsets are pretty set, let me know, thanks.

What do you mean it wont work? It won't work because it will not fit or because the set up won't be aggressive? Let me know. Thanks in advanced.

a 10.5 +43 wheel will extend an extra 35mm inside, which may not clear the suspension, and extend an extra 15mm out. My guess is a 20/25mm spacer should be used to gain extra clearance in the rear and a 10mm spacer in the front

these offsets were given to me from tirerack for a 350z, is there a differences between the two cars needed offsets? usually tirerack wont sell you a set of wheels unless the wheels will fit the car right?

They'll fit, but tirerack uses sizes that are usually very conservative, to most of us it will look funny, but the only person that matters is yourself

as redlude said, most (if not all) of us will think it looks waaay too tucked in with those offsets.

z and g offsets are the same.

my GT3's are +37 front and +41 rear and they "fit" as is... but the
front clearance to brembo's were too close for my taste (2-3mm tops).

im running 15mm Kics spacers so +22 front and +26mm rear... imho,
a perfect fit.

Those offsets will look HORRIBLE. With some big spacers, look they'll be fine. Go w/the 255/285 combo, you'll be fine unless you have an extremely low drop. Oh, and if you have Brembos, those wheels might not clear...
