What would you suggest for 18x7.5 wheels for offset? I was thinking between +40 and +45.

I'm still waiting for the rims to get here from Japan, so I don't have word of whether it'll fit w/o rolling the fender. But according to my calculations, it'll fit. I'll post results when I get them on..........probably in a month or two.

I emailed a wheel tech at Giovanna wheels to confirm this info. Giovanna has a silver sedan with 19x9 (+35) wheels, lowered and no mods to the fenders. It looks good and from the picture looks accurate.

I can't put a 275/40/19 on a 19x8.5" wheel? According to the chart at the beginning of the post, I can't do it.

Where do the stock wheels fit into the offset chart? I am looking at a set of wheels that are 19x8.5 with and have an offset of 48 (for the rear). I wanted to know where this wheel will be in comparison to the stock wheel. I can figure out where the new wheels would fit, but I want to know if they will stick out further than the stock wheels (5 spoke).

They also have it in a 38 offset, would that be better? Would I have to roll my fenders, or would it stick out too much?
