I just came from a service at the dealership and on the work sheet they had done brake work and didnt charge me. I asked them why they did it and they said Infiniti is issuing a campaign to check brakes every service and change them if they are worn for up to 3 years / 36,000 miles because they wear easily. They said this is Infinitis way of customer satisfaction and keeping customers happy and loyal. They also said that I should be getting something in the mail about this. I'm curious if anyone else had any similar experiences.
