HELP!! Stocks 17's on 6MT w/Brembo's-WIll they fit
Hi All,
My apologies if this has been answered all ready. I have a 6MT with Brembo's and 18's and I was going to pick up a set of stock coupe 17" wheels and tires for use in the winter. Does anyone know if the stock 17's from the coupe will clear the Brembo's and fit the 6MT?
Thanks in advance everyone

They do, but its a tight fit according to those that have done it. I'm planning to go the same route.

I put the stock 17s on my Z with brembos, and they scraped on the bottom of the brake.

Its important to remember the 17" wheels have different widths depending on if they came from a coupe or sedan or 350Z. This might explain why one may scrape and another clears it. From all accounts I have heard, the stock G35 coupe 17" wheels clear the Brembos fine.

Just to confirm this with everyone. They do indeed fit on the car. However, there is literially, 1-1.5 MM of space between the bottom of the Brembo and the wheel. Everywhere else clears fine. Whoever said they were a tight fit wasn't kidding. I have been driving with them for the past few days with no problems.
