New Wheels: AME Circlar Spec R

Hey guys,

Just bought some new wheels that I got a good deal on. They are AME Circlar Spec R's from Japan. The offsets are a little weird so I had a few questions for you guys:

- Wheels are 19x9 Front +15 and 19x10 Rear +25

- Will the fronts rub with such a low offset? I know people are running 19x9.5 with +19 which stick out 2mm more then mine if you do the math.

- Is the offset for the rear too conservative? Will I need to get spacers? If I do get spacers, are they safe to run? My buddy had a spacer on his Z that snapped off when he was driving and ruined his rear end I know that a lot of the Z guys run them with no problems but I'm obviously hesitant.

Any input would be appreciated

Thanks,
Julian

Some pics for eye candy. If anyone could photochop these on my car that would be cool too

What do you mean? Track Edition came with the Brembos and a little stiffer suspension, am I wrong?

Track edition is for the Z (correct me if I am wrong... ahem, aHero) but the G's come with an aero package for thier upgraded coupe. BTW, those AME's are bad a$$

Wow, those looks really good! The offset in the rear should actually be perfect. With a 10 inch rim in the rear if you are running 275 width tires it is going to fit perfectly. If you go anything less than +22 or a wider tire (285 for example) you will prolly need to roll your fenders.

No such thing as a G35 Track edition. I think he may have meant Premium package and the 350Z having the track edition. Nice wheels though

Your fronts should be right in the border.
I have 19x8.5 et25mm and it's still tuck in a bit.

yes, 9 width in the front with that +15 offset should be fine. A few guys on here are running 9.5 with +22 offset so i think you should just make it.

Thanks for the info Sean! I think that I am going to roll my rear fenders and get spacers to fill the fender better like my fronts will be doing. How big of spacers do you think I get away with with having my fenders rolled? I appreciate the input, your really helping out .

Get your fenders rolled and an alignment, then take a ruler and measure how much clearance you have between the widest part of the tire and the fender, thats how big of a spacer you need
