2 for 1, Wheel Size and best drop?!

Hi, as you can see, Im new here.
And I ask noob questions. I've done a research for tire and wheel size but I can't find the correct awnser. Maybe I will help other with my questions.
so here:

I need new tires for my 2003 G35 and I'm thinking to change the stock wheel as well, I would like to go with 18'' inch wheel.
I don't know what is the best, have all same size all around or get a bigger on the rear. ?! I want large tire, more then the 215 stock but I don,t want to roll my fender. I would like to know what is the best size of the wheel including offset and tire spec. If I get better control with large tire on the rear, I would like a setup that give me a large lip distance like I can see on some picture (Wheel look like deeper) It look very nice!

My other question is the drop. I've change for this car (g35) to get a comfortable car. my last car was dropped with Tanabe GF210 and I was very disappointed. It handle like a go-kart but every hole on the road was a nightmare. I've look on my G35 and look like I have sport shock (red one). As I can see tien H-tech give a small drop and keep ride quality as original.
Again, I don't want to buy a camber kit, I want it simple. If I play with ride comfort I will stay stock, but I would like to remove the big gap between fender and wheel just a little bit.

Sorry for my bad english, and I hope someone can understand what I'm asking

Thank you.

I will let Chico answer the wheel questions but if you want a 1" drop with stock ride quality you should consider a set of Z springs. Run a search and you will find a ton of discussion and pics.

For the price, I don't have alot of money to spend on that. for the wheel I'll take no name brand to save money, and for the drop, I was thinking on only spring option, I don't have the money to spend on a 800$ coilover kit like tein basic. I want a nice look for a cheap price .
I know is hard to find quality a small price but with my experience with my last car, I was able to make something good for low price.

Here are some wheels that are staggard and less than 1K they are 19" which I think will help get rid of some of your wheel gap and would look great with a set of 350z springs

I've done a research on 350z Spring, as I can understand the best for the Sport shock sedan is the unrevised version on z spring. But, what is the exact drop. 1'' front 3/4'' rear or 1'' front and 1'' rear ?!
I don't want to go lower because here in Quebec We have alot of Crapy road. and I don,t want to feel it more. For the moment it's perfect with stock setup, but with the Z spring does it lower dramatically the comfort?

Here are the measurements:

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sedan-v35-2003-06/109021-installed-unrevised-z-springsyesterday.html

Comfort level is unchanged. A z spring drop is about as mild as they come. Unrevised z springs have the same spring rate as the sedan sports suspension.

1"-1.5" Drop
8.5" wide up front and 9.5" in the rear if you don't want to roll. Keep your offset ~+40 in the front and >+40 in the rear.

245 front width
you can go up to 275 in the rear with the right offset wheel, 285 if you want to roll your fenders.

i wouldn't go so far as to say the comfort level is unchanged... it's definitely a bit different but i would say it's still acceptable.

Any change to lower your car and get larger rims/smaller sidewall will change the ride of your car.

i wanted a stiffer ride and went w/ a full Z suspension w/ 350z H&R springs

love my drop and if you want a stiffer ride and handling thats why i went that way....

i have 20x8.5 38mm offset 245/35/20 all around and works fine
