GT7's on Coupe
I have narrowed my search to a couple wheels. The front runner is the Volk GT7. Is their a pic or can someone photo shop silver GT7 on a DP coupe? Also (sorry) what size and offsets should I get for atleast 245 on the front and 285 on the rear. 18" rims please.
Thanks...

Re: GT7's on Coupe
Well, my car is the wrong color and my wheels are the wrong size (19") but I figured I would write anyway...some info is better than none, right?
My offsets are +23 in the front and +24 in the back...I think that would stay the same from 19" to 18". My rims are 8.5" wide in the front and 9.5" wide in the back.
My tires are 245/35R19 in the front and 285/35R19 in the back.
Hope this helps a little.

Re: GT7's on Coupe
Your car looks great. It has sealed the deal. What is the widest tire that can mount on the 9.5"? Also, I am seeing many 350Zs with 265-285's on the front. Wouldn't this increase the steering radius?

Re: GT7's on Coupe
I am not exactly sure how wide you cqan go on a 9.5" rim. That is more a question for a tire professional. But I will say this, any wider might start to look funny as the tire bulges around the rim. I almost think the 285 is just a bit much on the 9.5" rim.
After talking to many people, I am under the impression that 245 in the front is about the widest you should go. I asked about 10 people who sell tires.
Thank you both for the nice comments.
BTW, in my humble opinion, I would consider the "gunmetal" color with your DG paint. Someone else on here, narkotic I think, has gunmetal on DG and it looks amazing. And just to be thorough, mine are "mercury silver" in color.

Re: GT7's on Coupe
Here's my DG Coupe with 18" Nismos. 8.5" and 9.5". 245/40 and 275/40. Offsets are +25mm front and +30mm rear. IMO the sizings are perfect.

Re: GT7's on Coupe (Attn: NARCOTIC)
Narcotic: Do you have any pics before you lowered?? I'm not sure if the pic you have posted here is before. If so, better for me. Your car looks sooo HOT!! I love the color match of the GT-7 with DG. AWESOME!! Although I love the look, I do not want to give up the smooth ride by lowering it. I want to go with 20's to avoid the lowering aspect, but I don't want the car to be slower....sluggish, etc. I love the quickness!! Geez, I guess I want too much. (smile) I would love to see how those wheels would look without lowering. My previous car (Chrysler Sebring Coupe) road sooo fricken bumpy and rough that I vowed I would not give up the ride, for looks. Pls post any other pics you may have before & after different angles. I love your car!! ORLJNB's white coupe looks super FINE too with the GT-7s. (smile)

Re: GT7's on Coupe (Attn: NARCOTIC)
Actually, the gap with the stock 18s doesn't bother me. It still looks HOT. I think it will be fine with 19's without lowering. Narcotic mine may not look as sweet as yours, but I'm sure I'll still be able to turn a few heads too. (ha-ha) Let me know if you have any suggestions.... BTW, how much did the GT 7s cost??
