03 Coupe with 06 Coupe 19 OEM wheels

I have been searching for an answer and I can't find what I am looking for. So, I am sorry if this has been covered. I have a 03 Coupe with Brembos and 18 OEM wheels. I just bought a set of 19 OEM wheels and I need to know if I am going to have any problems running these? The 19's have the OEM tires on them. Please let me know if this set up with work. TIA.

I am also looking to go from the oem 18s to the oem 19s. I used the wheel calculator and found that if I run 245-40x19 the overall diameter was the same but the radius was larger by 0.10" than the stock 245-45x18. My question is if I buy the 19s with the above mentioned setup, will I have to lower my car? I don't want to look like a crappy ghetto car with 19" rims that has a ride height of a pickup truck. If someone could let me know ASAP, cause I can score a set of 4 with 90% tread left on the tires and in mint condition for $850.
