I just called Work's corporate office in the US and they said the O-Disk will be ok with the non-brembo front calipers. Please confirm your source regarding the rims not clearing as you have me sweating bullets here.
I've been waiting on a set of Works for over 2 months and they're supposed to arrive within the week. If they don't fit after all this time, I'm gonna go postal...

hahahah sorry for the constant posts, but my OCD and paranoia is kicking in. I found a post where a fellow member had O-Disks on the fronts

With that, my recommendation for your setup would be:
19x8.5 +42 O-disk
19.9.5 +42 O-disk

I have a sedan myself, so I specifically asked the Work guy about fitment for a sedan. I'm also running with '05 Coupe Sport calipers/rotors/lines on my '03 sedan. The '05 calipers are very similar, if not slightly larger, when compared to stock 03 brakes. If the O-disk clears non-brembo coupes/350z's then the O-disk will clear the sedan calipers as well.
Taking that out of the equation, you just have to choose the appropriate rim width and offset.

Naw, I ordered different Work rims. I haven't received the rims yet but the setup I bought is 19x8.5 +38 O-Disk all around. I didn't order a staggered setup because I wanted to be able to rotate my tires.
I'm currently lowered on HKS LS coilovers.
If you wanna wait for me to put on my rims, I should have them on within a week. Once they're on you can check the pics to confirm fitment. But I'm sure you'll be good with the setup I mentioned above. Also, for looks, I'd go for a 35 series tires and lower. I'll be running a 40series, but that's only because I had the tires left over from my previous set of rims.

Gentlemen,
Just got this excellent news from Works dealer:
19x8.0+38 Adisc tire 245/40-19
19x9.5+42 Odisc tire 245/40-19 (may be better to have 255/35-19; Both stays inside of fender)
XG (gold) color = in stock.
Delivery: 4-5days after order confirmation.
Pricing on these is as follows
(19 x 8) x 2 = 5570 US$1514
(19 x 9.5) x 2 = 5860 US$1592
Shipping etc 2200 US$597
-------
Now its a bit more expensive cuz Middle East/Asia prices are more because of less dealers.
Only questions is the tire size. Whats better 245 or 255 or 275?
