19" rims <-- what do you think

I have been playing around with idea of getting 19" rims for my BS sedan. The rims are made by "Arceo - Megastar". They look very close to M3 rims.... which I think gives the car a very clean and sleek look. My friend photoshoped the rims on a sedan pic. Please let me know what you think.

Also, what do you guys think about "Nitto" tires... are they any good?

Thanks

Nitto's are good. They are made by a subdivision of Steeda Motorsports. They are not the best, but are certainly excellent tires at a decent price. I love the wheels. Now you got me thinking...

I thought about those too. Problem is, I called a shop that was selling those and they said that it does not fit the G35 Sedan.

It should fit our sedans, but maybe I should do more research. The rim is: 19X8 5-114.3 40 - and from what I remember people discussing on this board, 40+ offset with 8" wide rim should fit fine. I found a website that sells them for a little over $200.

Thanks for the reply on Nitto tires.

Nittos are fine but the do get slick after about 6k. I had them on my Si for a while but the got dangerous. Rims look good almost bimmer like if that does not offend you.

6k miles on Nittos? Are you smoking something there or did you have some major alignment problems. Just curious .

stan, Those wheels look nice. Do you have a photoshop or real picture of those rims on a silver coupe? If you do, post it.

Koni,

I don't have a photoshop or any other pics for the coupe. The friend who did that pic works for Sony - PS2 games. At his work, the team who is working on Grand Turismo 4 came over and he has a demo version of a few levels. Its pretty cool to be in the gaming industry

Do you mean you only got 6000 miles out of a set of Nitto tires? What series of Nitto tire?

Thanks,
