does anyone know if the g35 coupe suspension will fit on the sedan? also, does it lower the car any just from doing the swap?

Yes it can. It will lower the sedan 7/8" front and 1 1/8 rear. It's not a performance mod other than the lowered center of gravity. Expect to pay more than for the setup vs what a used 350Z suspension would cost.
