Color matched rims?

I love the black with black rims and a chrome lip. So i got curious. How do you think twilight blue with some color matched rims with a chrome lip? I think it would be sick because in low light it would all look black and in the sun it would all be pretty and blue.

thoughts?

Yeah it would like nice....especially with a twilight blue cause it is dark and is somewhat close to black. I got black with a chrome lip on my silver G. Ill post up some pics later.

I think if you powder coated them to match it would be hot. If the blue is too far off it will look like crap.

the problem with that is i dont know of anyone who could powdercoat them without me shipping them out... so id be way to afraid to let them color match without me seeing.

im just not sure if itd be too matchy. I want to paint my car but i wont be able to afford to paint and get rims so im thinking just rims for now.
I also just thought of how sick black rims with a chrome lip but the inside of the stokes would be painted twilight blue? eheh? or gunment with a chrome lip (clearcoated not powdercoated i guess) and the twilight blue on the insides of the spokes.

i was thinking chrome with twilight blue inner spokes but i think thatd be tacky.

It might look cheesy unless it's a show car.
But IMO black center with chrome lip really looks good.

Like it was mentioned before, it might look weird if it's not a show car like the one in the pic you provived is. But it's your ride so whatever floats your boat.
