My G35 makes this whining noise every morning when I drive off after a cold start. It almost sounds like the spring door blocker that you use at the bottom of the door for your home. There have been a few times when i press on the brakes it sounds louder like a whining springy noise. Is this caused by the ABS brakes? does anyone else have this issue. thanks!

 

It is the ABS, running a diagnostic. No worries.

Yep. If you pay attention, you'll note that it only does this when you first hit about 7mph after starting the car.
