Those with 20" wheels: Poll
I love the look of 20" wheels, but I'm worried about bending them on ****ty NY roads.
So many members here are rolling on 20's and I'm wondering how many of you have bent them.
Please vote and list how long you've been driving on them.

Just get wheels with a removable face so they can be repaired if you bend them. Many 2 or 3 piece wheels have the face welded on and aren't removable, so if you bend it, you have to get a new wheel.

i just got some 40 series wheels because where i live there are alot of pot holes.
don't have the car near but i think the wheels i have are 235/45/20

I bent the inside, but it was easily fixed and looks brand new...it was my fault though...i learned to take it slower. You can bend any wheel. It all depends on its construction, your tire profile, and how careful you are. I've seen roads go through 18 inch Axis wheels like they're butter. Get 20s from a company that makes a good, strong wheel.

to match the stock size you have to get 275/35/19 or 275/30/20
the 19"s are $7 more.
