Which tire size??

Wat's up, iv'e read a few posts but no one really explains the thickness in the tires. I have the G35 sports sedan with the 17 inch sport rims. I don't know the stock tire size but I want a thicker in width tire for the back and i guess front too. On tire rack there are two recommended for it, which would I be getting for thicker back and still a low profile tire 225/55-17
245/50-17? Thanks iLLG

Wat'ssss Realllyyyy Goooodddd!!!!!

Re: Which tire size??

I think you mean tire width. Both will work reasonably well, but there has been a lot of discussion about this on various threads. An ideal match for the stock size with an appropriate increase in width is the 235/50-17. Several including me have done this in the Pilot Sport A/S and are very impressed with the increased performance.
