03 Coupe, Brembos, 20X10 & 20X 8.5, 350Z Stech Drop, 275 or 285s

Hey now looking at some 20" wheels 20X10 rear +35, 20X8.5 Front +35

I see lots are running 275/30 rear and 245/35 front.

but then lots say they like 285/30 rear 255/35 front

with MY mods and propsed offests (tein stech drop) and such runing these 20s, which tire size is best for me? most likely running on KDW2s or possibly pilot sport AS

thanks

20x8.5-30 and 20x10-25
255/285 with sportline no rubs.

My setup is 18x8.5 with 265/35/18 in the front and 18x9.5 with 285/35/18 rear with +35 offset. It does not rub for me. Stock height.
