Smaller Rims (for winter)

I know everybody is putting bigger wheels on, but i'm curious how small a rim can fit ('03 sedan). reason: snow tires. i have 4 perfectly good snow tires on 15" rims, that i know are the same bolt pattern (and offset too), they're old steelies, but will do for one winter. the tires are roughly same circumference and width.

just wanted some input before i head down to where i'm storing them and actually try to fit them on the car.

thanks

16's are the lowest you can go on the G. Reason being the brakes arent little puny ones like on other cars. A 15" wheel would rub on the calipers no doubt.

well, for information's sake, they fit the rear, but just touch the front brake caliper, oh well, too bad.
