MD/DC/Va People: Good place for wheels?

MD/DC/Va People: Good place for wheels?
I'm about a couple of weeks away from ordering wheels online, but I'm having a hard time throwing down 3-4 grand for something I've never seen in person. My choices are Sf Challenge in MS or GM, GTS is MS or GM, Work VSXX in GM, pretty much in that order. Car is OB. Anyway I'm in Baltimore and the only shops around have chrome stuff. Where's a good place in MD, VA, or Pa where I can see some nice wheels in person?
