off by 3.5%, will VDC act weird?

off by 3.5%, will VDC act weird?

Sedan, plan to run 235/40/18 all around......fitment calculator shows it'll be off by 3.5%.....for those with 3.5% through 4% off(smaller diameter), how did VDC behave? thanks.

on a side note, by wheel diameter being smaller, isn't the gearing affected as well? meaning better acceleration? allright, i'm talking out of my rear end now, need professionals to chime in....
