Just curious .. has anyone gone wider than 8.5" on the front of a sedan? Been looking without much luck. Thanks.

I've got a 9" wheel on the front of mine. The offest is +30 with a 225/45/18 so its stretched to fit right with the fender. If you want to run a conservative offset and still fit a 245 tire then get a +40 or higher.

I guess I should have asked what the widest tire is as well. People have been using 245 on 8.5" on the 07 (no doubt based on the fit of the legacy sedan). I'm starting to think 255 on 9" for an 07 .

You can go very aggressive if you're willing to deal with increased tire wear from negative camber and if you buy a front and rear camber kit to dial in camber.

It is possible with a high enough offset but you are going to be very close to the suspension. I was going to try it with my iForged but they don't make the 2-pc reverse lip in a 20x9 so I went with the good old safe 8.5.

As for the rears, here is what a 20x10 +42 looks like. I think this is the perfect rear offset for the sedan. This is with only -0.5 rear camber so you could go a bit lower offset if you had more camber. Check out that fresh wax job.

Will a 35 offset on the front with an 19x8.5 inch wheel and 245/35/19 tire rub on the fronts???

What kind of rear camber are you looking at with that?

Depends on the tire size and brand of tire. You could fit that in with a 275 and -1.5 camber with rolled fenders. The 8.5 +30 should fit no problem, even with a 245, if the car isnt slammed.

That looks perfect Tim! That's about how my +25 is going to look with a 255/35 and -2.0 camber.
