I'm curious if I could mount he 16 inch rims from a sedan to my 17 inch coupe. -Gasp!!!- Why would I want to do this? Because snow tires should have high sidewalls and a skinnier tread patch...and 16" wheels and tires are much cheaper and have a better selecton. It seems like it would work since the donut spare has a 16" rim...

 

They will fit and work better than 17' in deep snow. You can use 215/60/16 or 205/65/16 (which is OE size for the sedan 2003 in US).

 

I was told they would not fit, so be sure to test fit b4 buying.

the sedan has always come with 16s and the 17s are an upgrade. I did check and found we seem to have the same size brakes between the sedan and non-brembo coupe.

I don't think 16s ever came on any of the Gs sold in Canada. Only in the base package in the US.

^^^^^^^ didn't know it ever came with 16's, what do they look like, i have only seen 17's on every sedan.

We crazy Canadians never had the option of buying the base cloth seats. A base leather package was the lowest level option ever offered.[img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]
